1. What do I need to Play Music?
You need the following:
a. Real Player:

b. Internet Explorer:

2. Do I need Pop Up Enabled?
Yes.
3. I click on Play Selected but nothing happens! What should I do?
Make sure your Internet Explorer pop up is enabled for this site.

4. How can I enable Pop Up for this site?
a. For Windows Internet Explorer
Open the browser.
From the Tools menu and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
In the Address of Web site to allow field, type

Click Add.
Click Close.
5. I am getting ‘Methods Missing’ Error! Why?
In most cases it is because of realplayer corrupted realplayer method. Reinstalling Real Player seems to resolve this issue. To install free real player, please visit http://www.Real.com
6. Unable to open the BM Jukebox / Music Player. Why?
Internet Security Softwares/ Firewall Tools are the reason for this error. It prevents loading JavaScripts from the BM JukeBox / Music Player.
To load BM Jukebox you need to SET AntiVirus/Internet Security Softwares TO ALLOW Pop Up. If you have any [b]adblocker[/b] installed, make sure you either turn it off or allow banglamusic.com load popup/ ads and add banglamusic.com to the safe list.
Special Note:
We recommend you use Google IE Toolbar with popup blocker as it works much better than Internet Security Softwares and does not block non malicious JavaScripts which are needed to launch BM Jukebox.
7. I have Real Player but I still can’t listen to the songs!?!
Is your Real Player configured to play through any firewalls you might have? Additionally some ISP’s, especially those in the Middle East, have a proxy. You will need to configure Real Player to play through the proxy. For instructions on how to do this please click here
8. I have Antivirus Software Installed on my PC, Do I need to configure them?
YES.
In most cases you are unable to play music because your Antivirus Software is blocking music player to load and play music. As it is important to have antivirus software on any pc you must configure them to play music from Internet.
9. How do I configure Norton AntiVirus?
In order to load the Jukebox you will have to disable Pop-up-Blocking feature on Norton AntiVirus.
This can be done as follows:
a)Open Norton Internet Security Console
b) Double Click on Norton Anti Span
c) Click on Ad Blocking
d) Turn off Ad Blocking
10. Necessary Configurations and Required Setups to Play Music!
a. Configure Real Player

c. Configure your AntiVirus Software (If you have any installed).

f. Make sure you Allow JavaScripts / PopUp / Ad Blocking on any other additional application related to Internet Security.
11. Why am I unable to download the songs?
All songs are copyrights of their artists and record labels. BanglaMusic.com acts as Music Rating Site. We stream the songs and promote the artists, and also protect their work as we do not allow free song downloads unless otherwise authorized by the artists themselves. It is crucial that we recognize the need to support artists and record labels by buying their albums. It is up to us to support their work and make sure that this surge of talent is not short lived. 13. Receiving Links Outdated or File Not Found messages from Real Player playing any songs?
If you use any page prefetching softwares like google web accelerator or software of similar kind, you may receive this kind of problems.
